NetPayArchitect™ provides subscription-based access to a digital software platform and optional one-time professional review services. Because access to the platform is provided immediately upon purchase, subscription fees are non-refundable once the trial period has ended.

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation does not retroactively refund prior billing periods.

One-time professional review services are non-refundable once the review has commenced. If a review has not yet begun, refund requests may be considered at our discretion.

If you believe a charge was made in error or experienced a technical issue preventing access to the platform, please contact support at info@writecommllc.com within 7 days of the charge so we may review your request.
